ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent Microsoft Office skills. You will have strong written and verbal communication abilities in both English and Chinese, enabling you to convey complex information effectively. Your organizational prowess, attention to detail, and multitasking proficiency will be evident as you work both independently and collaboratively within a small team.
Your passion for charitable work and fundraising, along with a demonstrated ability to engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, will be crucial. Additionally, your experience in budgeting, financial reporting support, stakeholder management, and your proactive problem-solving initiative will make you an ideal candidate for this role.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The Fred Hollows Foundation Hong Kong is pursuing a strong growth strategy for its regional Individual Giving Program. This program encompasses Face-to-Face fundraising, Telemarketing, Digital and Direct Marketing activities. The Individual Giving Coordinator is accountable for supporting the strategic planning, design and operational delivery of Individual Giving programs that are aligned to The Foundation’s strategic framework.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Individual Giving Coordinator is responsible for:
- Support, handle, and co-ordinate all Face-to-Face fundraising operations in HK including but not limited to set-up and onboarding new suppliers, co-ordinate supplier meeting and follow-up; coordinate the ongoing servicing of supplier relationships including weekly reporting against targets and administration protocol issues; co-ordinate location and event logistics and management of payments; licenses application for conducting direct dialogue activities.
- Assist and support to provide training to F2F field teams to boost up their performance.
- Support and co-ordinate for the planning and production of marketing campaign and materials for online and offline donors’ recruitments, from drafting and design to production.
- Support and co-ordinate campaigns to retain donors’ loyalty including but not limited to monthly eDM, newsletter, annual report and donor gatherings.
- Handle complaints from donors and investigate further with related parties. Assist to review and develop procedures to avoid similar incidents in the future.
- Assist and support to review Regular Donors’ performance in retention and debit rate regularly. Support in developing improvement plans and execute these plans with related parties internally and externally.
- Support and implement telemarketing campaigns to upgrade, reactivate and/or convert supporters to achieve Hong Kong Business Development Plan and target.
- Assist the Donor Acquisition Manager in developing overall strategy for the Individual Giving program, and support in reporting and analysis.
- Provide support to the Regional Marketing Manager, Digital.
- Other tasks as requested by your manager.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Demonstrated stakeholder management experience both internal and external.
- Budgeting and financial reporting support experience.
- Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness to identify and solve issues proactively.
- Experience working with a database or CRM, and website CMS.
